Frequently Asked Questions 

Do you require a deposit?

-A 50% deposit along with your signed contract are due prior to your event.  Your remaining balance will be due upon arrival. We accept cash, check, purchase or money order, and all major credit cards.


What is your weather/cancellation policy?

-We must be notified the day before your event if you are choosing to cancel or reschedule.  If you choose to cancel, and you notify us by the given time, we will refund your deposit in full.

-Rain dates are available Monday through Thursday.  We are not able to accommodate a rain date on Friday’s or weekend’s being that they are a very busy time for us.  We are not able to hold equipment for a rain date, so if something that you’ve chosen becomes unavailable on that day, we will replace it with something comparable in price.


Do you have insurance?

-All of our rides are permitted by the state and fully insured.  We are more than happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request.


Do your rides and equipment come with attendants?

-All of our mechanical rides come with attendants.  Inflatables, games, and fun foods have the option of being run by your own volunteers.  Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, and are required to undergo a short training process that will teach them how to properly attend their ride.  They must also sign a document stating that they have been properly trained and that they understand their instructions.


How far in advance/what do I need to book?

-We always recommend that you book as soon as possible being that everything is based upon availability and its first come first serve.  We do our best to accommodate those who are booking on short notice. Once you choose your date and items, we will then make you a contract which we ask that you sign and send back to us along with a 50% deposit.


How does pricing work?

-If you are having our staff members attend your rides during your event or party, our pricing is based upon an hourly rate.  Having adult volunteers (18 or older) will make you eligible for a discount.  If we are providing the equipment as a drop off, then it would be one set price for an 8 hour rental.  *We can only do drop offs at private residences.

Power Requirements:

-Private Residences:  You are required to provide the proper amount of power for the equipment that you will be renting, as well as any extension cords that would be needed.

-Public Events:  You are required to provide the proper amount of power for each piece of equipment rented.  If you do not have access to power, we can provide generators for you at $75 each.
